We want you to love your plush. If you don't, here is how it works.

Change of mind (30 days). You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging. To start, email hello.hearthandhush@gmail.com with your order number. Please do not send anything back before we reply with return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items. If your order arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you, and you do not need to send the item back.

Refunds. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method (PayPal) within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns.

Exceptions. We cannot accept returns of items that have been used, washed or damaged after delivery.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable law.
